*Return and Order Cancellation Policy*

Exchange & Return Policy
We have established this Exchange & Return Policy to ensure our customers’ rights regarding product returns. To provide complete transparency, we would like to explain the procedures, terms, and conditions applicable to Aleef Partners Store.
Return Process
  • Return requests can be submitted within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Return requests must be submitted through Customer Service via WhatsApp.
  • WhatsApp Number: +966555720478 Please make sure to include your order number and the products you wish to return in a single message.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to an error on the store’s part, the store will bear all shipping costs without any additional charge to the customer.
  • The estimated return shipping fee is SAR 30 from your address to our warehouse, and this amount will be deducted from the product value.
  • Please note that the original shipping fee paid with the order is non-refundable once the product has been delivered to the customer, as the shipping service has already been provided.
  • Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected to verify its condition, and we will contact you to complete the return process.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned shipment has been received at our warehouse.
Exceptions
  • If the return is due to an error by the store, the store will bear all shipping and delivery costs without any additional charge to the customer.
  • In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Order Modification or Cancellation
  • The store reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if it is determined that the product is unavailable for any reason, whether technical or due to an inventory quantity error.
  • If a shipment has already been dispatched and a shipping label has been issued, and the customer requests cancellation, the shipping fee shown on the invoice will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s payment card after the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days.
